“Banish Old Beliefs” Ep 152
Where is your energy best spent this week? We have a beautiful Full Moon this week to assist us in letting go of old belief systems that you’ve outgrown.
As you step into more of who you are and what you’d like to experience in this lifetime you will be presented with opportunities to do just that, but it all begins with letting go of what’s not working in your life. For when you let go of something it opens up space for something new to come in.
You are saying to the Universe “I am ready.”
When an opportunity presents itself weigh all of the possibilities and don’t say no out of fear, say no if it’s not a good fit. Life-changing events often move us outside of our comfort zone and bring hidden blessings. Tune into your body when you are trying to make a decision. I oftentimes get a headache when I am thinking about doing something and it’s not in my highest good.
I have learned to trust that even if I really, really, REALLY want to do something and I get a headache every time I think about it it’s a sign from the Universe this will not end well. I can think of several times in my life before I was aware of this sign from my body where I’ve pushed through and did it anyway and things have turned out poorly.
So ask for a SIGN if you are trying to make a decision in your life.

Approach changes with an open heart. Sometimes we go through tough and trying times but our attitude might be the lesson we are there too learn. Remember things are constantly happening for you, not to you. Roll with the punches and make lemonade out of lemons.
With that mindset change will be your ally instead of your enemy, and when you are friends with change things become easy and effortless. Doors appear where only walls stood and people show up in unexpected ways.
If you allow fear to keep you stuck in the quicksand you will experience a life of regret and missed opportunities.
We’ve all had that moment of watching someone else take that risk or that chance with huge success while we’ve hung back and clung to what was familiar and known. Then we sit around wondering and wishing that we had that courage and strength to make big changes in our life.
No matter what your age, or your situation when you do something different you will get different results. It doesn’t have to be anything BIG or life-changing. You can begin with one small step or one tiny action. Get yourself out of the rut and begin with the question…
If I could make or do 1 thing in my life that would bring me closer to my dream what would it be? or
If I could make or do 1 thing in my life that would bring me more peace what would it be?
If you never ask the question the Divine will never have the opportunity to help you achieve it. As the bible tells us:
You have to name it to claim it. And so it is.
Allow this full moon to cleanse your body, mind and soul and give you the courage to begin again. Carpe Diem.
Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
