Chakra Healing

The chakra we are focusing on for healing this week is the 7th chakra which is located at the top of the head and is our connection with the Universe and disperses the universal life force energy into all of the chakras below it. This chakra stands for faith and trust and is the color of white

If your 7th chakra is out of alignment you may feel depressed, headaches, unusually tired, sleep issues and/or mental fog.

To heal this chakra

Meditate.
Use lavender or frankincense.
Silent activities like reading or doing a puzzle.
Wear or surround yourself with white.

The affirmation to empower you is

I am one with God, the Divine source energy.

This week your energy is best spent slowing down and proceeding with caution as we begin a new mercury retrograde cycle it’s important to take care with the steps you take. Is it time to let it go and move on? Stop beating yourself up and lay it to rest once and for all.

The energy is electrifying so it’s critical that you aren’t hasty in making decisions and that you don’t ruminate about things past. Imagine being surrounded in a waterfall of light seeing and hearing clearly direction from your spiritual team.

All is well if you trust and follow the path you’re being guided to take.

Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
