5 Surefire Ways to Attract More Love in Your Life!
4. Affirmations -Get a nice stock of colored post it notes and post them ALL over your house to remind yourself of how great you truly are. I am beautiful. I am a GREAT lover. I deserve to be loved. You get the idea.
5. Radiate Love – Every day radiate love to someone or something.
I love to do this when I pass a stranger on the street or at the grocery store. Especially moms in the mall or at church that are having a hard time with kids. I send them a special blessing for the work they have ahead of them and simply radiate my love to them.
Note: www.heartmath.com did some research and has proven that we can feel each others “energy” – when someone is upset we feel that, when someone thinks we look disgusting, we feel that, when someone thinks we are wonderful we feel that.
So, next time you are negatively judging someone in your mind remember…even though you haven’t said a word – that other person can “feel” your thoughts!!!
Love who you are, what you do, how you move and be in this world. Love your children, your partner, your life, (no matter how shitty it may be) and allow your whole existence to be one moment after moment of Everlasting Sunshine.
And remember, if you hear, see or feel it 3X “Pay Attention” it means the Universe is speaking to you.
How have you attracted love into your life? Or what tip did you like best? We’d love your feedback in our comments section below.
I am grateful to you dear ♡Julie for your post reminding me of the essential step of ♡LOVE-ing Our-Selves. Fall in ♡LOVE with YOU – is my favourite Tip – you have inspired me to write a post with that title. LOVE it! With Gratitude and blessings, Susie♡
Thank you my dear. Surrounding you with love ~ ♥
I love your blog and reading your post are like a massage for my soul! My favorite is radiating love out to others. I’m a waling light of healing is one of my favorite thoughts too. Just being present in our bodies, we can do so much for ourselves and others. Great tips to practice.
Thank you Dana. I appreciate your kind words and support. ♥
Great reminders. I know I always feel so much better after a massage or getting a pedicure (even if I’m the only one who sees it). When we feel good…it radiates out.
Love-ly post Julie. 😉 (And if you can’t tell, I’m nictitating.) And beaming love at you, at me, at all of us.
A++ for excellent word usage!!! I always forget to invite people to use the new word in a sentence here in the comments. Thanks for reading my mind!
Julie,
Such simple thoughts, yet so true. I love how you have reminded us to be good to ourselves. It is way too often that we forget that, at least I do! Thanks
Very inspiring post. I believe that to attract love into your life, you must first love yourself above anyone else.
Julie I especially love the fifth point “Radiate Love’. If we would only practice this one point daily we would attract so much love into our lives. But the best part is how much our light is radiating love into a love starved world!
Such a lovely post Julie! You are absolutely right! Falling in love with myself is a BIG one that is sooo important and must be on-going! And, I love radiating love…it makes me feel so giddy and yummy when I send blessings and love to others instead of judgement. Thank you for this! 🙂
Beautiful post Julie. You made me smile. What an instance energy boost just to do that!
Great post! I think what I want to work on during this month of love is being more loving and tender with myself. Thanks for the encouragement!
Hi Julie,
Such a wisdom-filled post. I had to laugh when I came t the end and read: “And remember, if you hear, see or feel it 3X “Pay Attention” it means the Universe is speaking to you.” Because yesterday I spilled something I was drinking 3 different times! The first time was a glass of water, then coffee all over the seat of my car in the afternoon and then a big splash of red wine out of my glass and on to my sofa last night.
By the third time I thought, “All right Universe,,, what are you trying to tell me?” Hmmm still not sure, maybe to pay more attention?
Thanks again… love this post! Kelly <3
Interesting. Makes me think of “spilling the beans” and “slip of the tongue.” Make sure you aren’t thinking out loud. lol
