Alleviating Anxiety – Meditation #5

Breathe deeply, opening and expanding into all that you are and the beautiful rollercoaster of emotions that continually move you toward awakening and enlightenment.
Move into your body, into your feeling of anxiety. Calling in your Spiritual Team to help you manage and mind these free flowing emotions.
How does anxiety feel in your body? Is there a tightness in your chest, a racing in your heart or a feeling of overwhelm.
These are all indicators that anxiety is becoming the predominate force in the experience at the moment.
As you tune into how your body is feeling when anxiety arises you are able to get a foothold on it before it totally captures and encapsulates you.
If you push through anxiety it only continues to escalate and become more than you can manage and you are left tired, and frustrated, but if you pay attention to your intuition and slow down in that moment the feeling will begin to subside.
I want you to imagine with me now pausing to acknowledge the feelings within your body when anxiety comes on.
Remind yourself that everything is always in perfect and Divine order.
Step out of the future of to-do lists, the past of regrets. Allow yourself to come back into the present where there is perfect order, perfect bliss, perfection always.
Breathe into the present, the beauty this moment has to offer you now. Feel gratitude. Let go of your timelines for they are only illusions that exist within your mental mind.
In this scope of truth and reality there is always an infinite amount of time to accomplish everything that needs to be done.
I am bathed in a beautiful light-frequency of harmony. Releasing all anxiety and allowing peace to be my predominate driving force.
And so it is.
