Now that the dust has settled and all the excitement is waning some are left feeling, “Is that it?  Is it over already?”

Ascension occurs at different rates for each of us and is like an ever expanding, ever unfolding of who we are constantly becoming and evolving into.

It begins and ends when you desire.  For me I see no ending, I see only a continuing of revealing the ultimate truth of our existence.  A daily surrendering to what is and what is to come.

Here is an excerpt from our channeling event on 12/12/12.

Welcome.  I am Metatron.

I’ve come here specifically to assist you with your desire to ascend and to anchor in this new light, to enable your planet to survive.  We were quite concerned with all of you and now we are at ease and at rest.  We want you to know that you have done a tremendous job with your love, with your light, with your awareness.

You have much to be applauded for.

There are many in heaven who are singing and rejoicing the praises of your work.  It’s a very exciting time that we are in right now.

Many of you are asking the question, “How will I feel when I ascend?  Has it happened already?  If  not, how do I move into and embrace the journey ahead of me?”

We are here to assure you that many of you have already been ascending as you have opened up to higher dimensional frequencies through your knowledge, through your connecting with groups, lightworkers and other like-minded people across the globe.

You have begun to join forces to help open this gateway, this portal for the birth of the New Earth.  For some people it will be as simple as a light switch that’s been turned on.

You will begin to be more aware of your experiences.

Julie had referred to statements made earlier today when she called it being on “high alert”.  You will all begin to be on high alert which means you will be in a heightened state of awareness, able to sustain and enjoy your life from moment to moment, instead of racing around like the bunny, hopping from your past to your future with worry and depression.

As the year unfolds you will become more and more aware of your surroundings, very aware of your connection with the Earth, with the animals, and very aware of the energy of the people around you and how it is affecting and influencing your energy.

The first step in your ascension is becoming aware.

Some of you have been practicing awareness up until this point.  We want to say to you that now with the ascension, there will be new degree of awareness.

When you become aware that  you are out of alignment or that your ego is arising, you will instantly be able to acknowledge that and effortlessly move through those emotions and those ego-driven states of being.  You’ll no longer get stuck, if you will, in your ego of fear and worry and anxiety.

There are many,  many exciting things that are happening for each and every one of you.

As you continue to be on high alert, acknowledging the new energy that you’re feeling from moment to moment, you are having an enormous effect across the globe on the interplanetary energetic field.

That is one reason why we have asked Julie to do the radio show because we need an energetic connection across the globe to support your new frequency.  It is a cleaner and stronger access than if she were to continue meeting people here in her hometown.

We invite you to begin to think in terms of expansion, expansion within your own personal framework.

Expansion doesn’t  necessarily mean you need to move outside of your space as Julie has learned.  There are many opportunities within your technological advances to create that connection through expansion.

You are an expanded being.

For many of you, being in a physical body has been very constricting and quite difficult for you to continue to endure.

Part of the ascension is being able to fully step into the expansion of your truest nature, being free of the form of your physical being and existing within that space of formlessness.

We are here with you in every moment of your day.  We are supporting you; we are bathing you in love and light.
