Chakra Healing

The 6th chakra which is the third eye area is receiving a blessed healing for this week. The 6th chakra is about intuition, watching for signs, and being tuned into the voice of your own Spiritual Team.

What can you control?
Shift your vibration; out of love miracles are born.

The affirmation to empower you is

I am not alone. I have a plethora of angels that are ever present by my side guiding and guarding me daily.

1. Are you caught up in fear?

This week your energy is best spent having faith that there is more to what’s going on than meets the eye. When we let go of believing that we’ve done something wrong with what we’ve said or actions we have taken our ego can beat us up pretty badly with regret and guilt.

Trust in the spiritual principle that everything is always happening for the evolution of our soul and the evolution of the souls around us. We came here to make mistakes and mess up. We did not come here for perfect. If we wanted perfect then we would have stayed in Heaven. lol

I was watching a Grey’s Anatomy the other night that helped me transform a difficult experience I was having with my son. Meredith wanted to be there for Richard while his wife, Catherine, was undergoing surgery for cancer. But Meredith had told Richard about Catherine having cancer when Catherine had told her not to so she banned Meredith from the operating room.

The day of surgery came and Meredith told Richard, I’ve cleared my calendar and I want to be here for you. He kindly told her thank you but I’ve got other people and I will be fine. Right now you need to go be with your own father (whom she was estranged from) who is dying.

I can about imagine how incredibly painful it was for Meredith to be banned from the operating room of someone she so dearly loved but God wanted her someplace else at that moment and if she didn’t heed the call it would be a missed opportunity that she would never get back.

Sometimes we need to TRUST and know that things are always unfolding perfectly. We did not do anything wrong we did everything right.

2. You are not alone.

This is something Metatron reminds me of on a daily basis… you are not on this journey alone. You do not have to do this alone. So why do we always act like it’s us against the world? That’s the ego! The ego likes to play the victim and create stories that keep us stuck.

You have much help ever-present always by your side. When you try to do things by yourself it can sometimes feel like you are hitting your head against a wall. Relax, take a step back and tune into your Spiritual guidance

That beautiful team of angels and guides that are constantly trying to assist you on this journey. Don’t believe the lies of your ego. Remember it’s all just an illusion… the fear and insecurity. The only thing that is real is love.

Find your way back to love by placing your hand on your heart and taking a deep breath in. If there is something in your life that you can’t change it’s time to let it go and surrender. Move back into your power.

3. What can you control?

You can control how much or how little you love. It is in your purest space of Divine love that all is healed and washed clean. And no more will it matter those things you can’t control in your life.

The miracle here is that when you are able to shift your energy and raise your vibration that’s when miracles happen and mountains are moved.

Have faith and surrender to the love that you are.

Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
