Chakra Healing
The chakra we are focusing on for the second time this month for healing is the 7th chakra which is located at the top of the head and is our connection with the Universe and disperses the universal life force energy into all of the chakras below it. This chakra stands for faith and trust and is violet and the auric color is white.
Signs this chakra is out of balance include the inability to connect with others, lack of direction, inability to set or maintain goals, Feeling disconnected spiritually. There are some simple things you can do to bring this chakra back into alignment which include regular yoga practice or reiki, using stones such as quartz and amethyst or diffuse lavender essential oil.
The color is white or violet.
The element of thought.
It is located at the crown of your head.

1. Stop running and face the pain.
The card that comes up this week to help us heal our 7th chakra is RELEASE. We are delving deep into healing family of origin issues and you are being asked to stop running and face the pain. It’s time to take personal responsibility and admit any wrongdoing. None of us are perfect. We did not come here for perfect we came here for experiences and expansion, if we wanted perfection we would have stayed in Heaven or the Spiritual realm.
2. Blame keeps us separated from our Beloved.
As we let go of our judgments of self and others we become aware of the perfect imperfection of the web of life we live. When we release the need to blame whether it’s ourselves or another it allows us to open up to a deeper connection with the Divine. Blame keeps us separated from our Beloved. Surrender into the total acceptance of the experience and become one with your pain. The only way out is through, hiding is no longer an option.
3. Transformation awaits.
A beautiful transformation awaits you as you bring awareness to the pain within your heart that deals with family of origin and finally are able to see it for what it is and set it free. Each of the cards this month have been building one upon the other almost likes steps on a ladder up to this moment of release. We’ve had balance, growth, impartiality, wisdom and now release. Such a beautiful way to end the month of April and usher in the New Moon for May bringing with it new beginnings and fresh starts.
Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
