Chakra Healing

The chakra we are focusing on for healing this week is the 7th chakra. It is our connection with the Universe and disperses the universal life force energy into all of the chakras below it. This chakra stands for faith and trust.

If your 7th chakra is out of alignment you may feel depressed, be headachy, unusually tired, experience sleep issues and/or mental fog. Four tips to rebalance this energy center: 1. meditate 2. silent activities like reading or doing a puzzle 3. flowery essential oils like jasmine and lavender or more woodsy oils like sandalwood and frankincense 4. crystals that help are quartz and amethyst. 5. Wear white as a symbol of purity and faith or buy violet flowers.

1. Open to the Magic of Life

The message that comes this week for healing the 7th chakra is CREATION and opening up to the magic of life. Do you feel like you have fallen into a rut just going through the motions of living day in and day out? The time is now the floodgates to your creativity have been opened and your imagination is running wild with inspiration and delight. The Universe has bestowed many blessings and gifts upon you and this is the time to delve deeper and own who you are.

2. You Don’t Need Anyone’s Permission. Just Do It!

As you rise into the power of your glory and grace, the way will be shown and the people and experiences you need to get you where you want to go will appear. You don’t need anyone’s permission to live the life of your dreams and do what you desire. Last week we talked about no regrets… this week is the time to take action and ensure that you are living each day on purpose. Living the life you chose not the one that was given to you by someone else, whether that was a well-meaning parent or a spouse with expectations and dreams of their own.

3. Own Who You Are & Fly

The feminine energy is rising, it is a much softer, yet assertive and decisive vibration. The majestic eagles have taken flight and you are ready to join them this time. Allow your own wings to help you rise above the storm and fly with the bold and daring. Your days of waddling with the ducks are over. It’s time to own who you are and fly.

Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
