Chakra Healing

The chakra we are focusing on for healing this week is the 7th chakra which is located at the top of the head and is our connection with the Universe and disperses the universal life force energy into all of the chakras below it. This chakra stands for faith and trust. This chakra is violet and the auric color is white.

If your 7th chakra is out of alignment you may feel depressed, headaches, unusually tired, sleep issues and/or mental fog. Four tips to rebalance this energy center: 1. meditation 2. silent activities like reading or doing a puzzle 3. flowery essential oils like jasmine and lavender or more woodsy oils like sandalwood and frankincense 4. crystals that help are quartz and amethyst. 5. Wear white as a symbol of purity and faith or buy violet flowers.

The chakra that we are focusing on this week is the 7th chakra.

The color is violet or white.

1. Trust in Divine Order

The card that I pulled for you this week from the Chakra Healing deck is REJECTION. Another tough theme that we’re working through this week, last week we worked on fear and facing your fears and how that connects to enlightenment, opens the door to enlightenment.

This week we are focusing on rejection and the energy this week is going to support you in healing the 7th chakra which is your crown chakra. It’s your connection to the Divine.

The mantra that’s going to help you work through these blockages is “I trust in Divine order.” We’re working on your intuition. We’re going deep, tuning into the messages that you’re getting from the Divine and really facing some of the pain that we’ve had throughout our lifetime on rejection.

We have the beautiful Full Moon today exciting energy of letting go, releasing the bondage that you’re holding yourself in. We also have coming up Thursday the Summer Solstice so the energy is incredibly intense and it’s perfect for healing and releasing.

2. Be True to You

This week is about being true to yourself, not settling, not compromising who you are, your own integrity. We talked about staying in your power last week with the 3rd chakra and that energy is supporting you as we move into this week in being true to yourself.

3. Rejection = Rescue

Rejection is actually a Divine blessing. Most of us have really suffered rejection in our life. I know I have throughout my entire life. I have had issues with rejection whether it was being bullied or wanting to be a part of a group and just not fitting in. It happens to all of us.

When you have that experience no matter what age you are at I want you to begin thinking about that as a Divine blessing. When one door closes another one opens. You’re not meant to be with that group of people or you’re not meant to have that experience because there’s another group of people coming that is a better vibrational match for who you are and what you need at this time.

4. Universe Brings You What You Need

Remember all of our experiences are about evolving. The evolution of our consciousness. The universe always brings you what you need. It’s always working for you. That brings us to the question this week, Am I working with my environment or against it?

When you’re working against your environment you’re frustrated. You’re like slamming your head against the wall, trying harder. When you’re working with your environment you’re going with the flow. You’re like oh, okay I don’t feel like I belong there so instead of trying to fit in I’m going to walk this path.

That’s flowing and when you go with the flow in that respect it opens up new opportunities. When you’re so busy trying to fit in and trying to make it work when it isn’t that keeps everything stuck. The other experiences, your tribe is waiting for you with open arms over here but you’re too busy trying to fit in over there.

I know I love the TV show Survivor because it really shows how you can have a whole group of people and not fit in and then move to another completely different group of people and fit like a glove. Don’t take it personally. It’s not you, it’s not them, it’s a vibrational harmony that the universe constantly has going on behind the scenes. We don’t even know about it.

5. Unnecessary Approval

So watch for areas in your life this week where you’re looking for approval from other people. Maybe you’re in an unsupportive environment whether it’s at work or at home or in a relationship keep your eyes out. Be on high alert for where in your life is that taking your time and energy and preventing something new from being able to come in.

This week is all about letting go with that Full Moon. Let it go. This is also a week of working alone not trying to engage with other people or force things to happen taking a step back and doing it on your own and being more independent.

6. When the Student is Ready the Teacher Appears

There is also a teacher coming this week that’s going to give you a message that’s going to help you move further on your path. Maybe it’s a word, or a song, but be aware there is a teacher coming that’s going to enlighten something that you’ve been blocked on for a long time.

Remember, rejection is a vibrational thing. They are not vibrating on the same scale as you are and you’re trying to make it work and it doesn’t. When you find people that are vibrating on your scale you fit like a glove. So don’t take it personally.

This week is going to bring incredible strides in releasing past pain from rejection, healing that 7th chakra so you can really embrace who you are and the message you came here to deliver here on this planet.

7. Meditation “Homecoming”

Take a nice deep breath.

Imagine there’s an ivory light surrounding you, enfolding you. And this ivory light is calling you almost like a magnet forward. So you begin walking. And as you begin walking a beautiful ivory tower appears in the distance.

As you get closer and closer this ivory tower is glorious! Sparkling in the sunshine. You open the door and there’s a beautiful staircase that leads all the way up to the tower at the top.

You take that staircase up and you come to another door that magically opens and as you step inside there’s this beautiful space where there is no judgment. You don’t have to try to fit in, or be perfect or get along. There is perfect and total acceptance. You are loved. You are welcomed. You are dearly wanted in this space.

And this incredible feeling washes over you. The feeling that you’re finally home. You’re finally with your tribe, with your people and it feels amazing.

Take a nice deep breath and come back into the room and know that it’s possible. You can have that feeling of arriving.

I have arrived.

This meditation is going to help you heal and clear any blockages in that 7th chakra this week.

Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
