The chakra that we are focusing on this week for healing is the 4th chakra.

Today I’m here to share with you a beautiful chakra healing forecast and the card that I drew for you this week is GRIEF. Another tough subject but very very healing so lots of healing going on for you this week.
1. Take Your Time
I love the cards from the chakra deck by Tori Hartman. She has a beautiful story about Penelope and her dog Pickle that she’s had forever. One day Pickle dies in her arms and her friends are quick to judge.. oh you just need to get over it, you need to move on.
The real healing occurs when we allow those emotions to come through and not condemning or judging ourselves for that. Whether it’s a pet that’s passed, a person that’s passed or maybe just somebody you’re missing, or some “thing” in your life that you’re missing.
I know when my father passed, long before he died my mother had stopped hosting family gatherings. She was tired of it, we had a large family of 6 and she was tired of it. For a very long time I grieved that. I grieved not getting together with the entire family and having that community and that communion.
That is also a sense of grief. We go through that whole process of emotions. The key is to feel that pain and honor your emotions. It is in honoring and accepting that pain without judgment or criticism that we really are able to experience a beautiful transformation.
2. Honor Your Emotions
This week the question I want you to be focusing on is … “Is there lingering pain from grief? Because what happens if you push yourself through that or if you ignore it by dismissing your feelings and saying: “Oh that’s silly. Why am I feeling that way? That’s ridiculous, I’m a grown woman.”
When you shame yourself or don’t acknowledge what you’re feeling you end up burying it and you end up with dis-ease or discomfort in your body when you ignore or deny your emotions.

3. Unafraid of Sadness
Give yourself a break this week and be unafraid of sadness. Face your fears. Face that pain. Don’t be afraid to feel what you’re feeling because you deserve to feel those emotions and heal those emotions and be happy again.
It will happen.
Love is on the horizon. If you are experiencing some type of grief in your life, I am here to tell you today that love is coming!
There will be another opportunity for you to open your heart, to experience that vulnerability, to jump in with both feet and experience the fullness of life through love.
Three key words I want you to focus on for this week:
1. Love
2. Commitment
3. Vulnerability
Don’t allow that grief to put a wall around your heart. Be willing to get back in the game, be willing to allow yourself to be vulnerable again because love is the only thing that’s real. Everything else is an illusion.
Meditation “Meet Your Loved One in Spirit”
Take a nice deep breath.
Close your eyes if you’re able.
Imagine a beautiful cleansing white light clearing all that sorrow away or allowing you to experience the sorrow without any judgment, total acceptance and surrender.
Now I want you to invite in your loved one whether it’s a pet or person or whether it’s some “thing” in your life you are grieving.
Everything is energy.
Invite that pain into this sacred space.
Now imagine that you can talk to that person, pet or you can talk to that “energy” that pain body that feeling of loss.
Now I want you to tell them how much you miss them or whatever it is that you’d like to communicate to them.
And it’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be vulnerable.
Now I want you to take a moment and allow them to respond to you. Maybe it’s simply a word or maybe you can feel the love emanating from their heart and no words are even necessary.
And now I want you to make an agreement, if you’d like, to meet again in this space. You don’t need me. You can do this anytime. Maybe at night before you fall asleep or in the morning while you’re having your coffee. Just let them know when a good time to connect with you is, a good time to tune in.
Take a nice deep breath and come back into the room feeling loved, feeling like you are enough, feeling worthy and deserving.
This meditation is going to help you heal and clear any blockages in that 4th chakra this week.
Remember, you have a plethora of angels uplifting and inspiring you daily. Ask and be open to receive their guidance.
