Today I’ve come to share with you a beautiful chakra healing forecast. The card that we drew for you this week is RECOVERY which is purple or indigo and it is the 6th chakra and one of the favorite chakras of many people because it is the third eye, opening up the third eye and clearing out any blocks to your intuition and really increasing your psychic powers.

This is the perfect week to do that because it’s so intense with the energy. We have the beautiful new moon from yesterday or the other day and we’ve got Mercury Retrograde starting up on Thursday and we’ve got Halloween where the veil is thinning and we’re really able to tune in to our spiritual team and receive those beautiful messages.

So lots of exciting energy going on and we are working on that 6th chakra and it’s all about recovering any lost parts of yourself.

1. The Legend – The Lilac Key

We’ve got the legend of the Lilac Key. Greta wakes up to painful memories swimming around in her room and she quickly tries to gather them back up and as she does that the memories transform into a key.

She notices a huge door in the distance and light streaming through the lock. She takes the key and opens the door and as soon as the door opens all of her fears dissolve and perfect clarity comes to her mind and she realizes that simply surviving is no longer enough for her.

It is not just about managing the day getting through all those emotions day-to-day and that monotony, the routine, but it is about more.

2. Time to Level Up

So if you’re at a place in your life where you’re wanting more you are embarking on a beautiful spiritual journey and if you’ve already been on this path of awakening you are definitely ready to level up!

If you are like me, I have literally been sick with laryngitis like 5X, pink eye, I’ve had the chest, the throat the sinuses, the headaches… the whole nine yards!

I have been on a spiritual journey for about 20 years and really intensely since I’ve been in this work 15 years and more importantly on an awakening and enlightenment path for the last 5 years.

2020 is going to be a game-changer for all of us, especially those who are wanting to up-level, who are wanting to go to that next level of joy, happiness, peace and connecting with your spiritual team.

3. Living a Lie

This week I want you to focus on recovering any lost parts of yourself. Do you find that you’ve created a life for other people? Maybe you wanted to go to college for one thing and everybody was like, “Oh don’t do that, you’d be better doing this!”

And you didn’t follow your heart, you followed theirs and now you’re just kind of wandering and feeling lost or horribly miserable and not knowing what direction to turn in.

This week is really about facing your fears. What is your biggest fear in being able to create the life that you desire, being able to step into your Divine life purpose?

We all came here for a purpose and it wasn’t to please somebody else, and it wasn’t to just go along to get along. We all came here to shine brightly and if you’re watching this forecast this week YOU especially …

It’s YOUR time to shine.

This week is about healing and recovering those lost parts of yourself that have been dormant for many years because the beautiful thing about our soul is that even though we might deny aspects of our soul you can’t erase your soul.

You can’t erase who you are at the deepest level of your being and so it’s just a beautiful onion, peeling off the layers and rediscovering that passion and that purpose that’s always been there…awakening greatness.

Three words to Focus On to Heal your 6th Chakra

Our 3 words that are designed to clear out blocks in that third eye are…

1. Genuineness

It’s about being genuine with yourself and with what it is that you really want and not just pretending that it’s okay.

2. Regeneration

Within that there’s this regeneration that’s going to occur within your whole framework. You know everything’s getting rewired for all of us right now and you just find that the healing especially if you’re sick, or have been sick or have been feeling tired, lethargic.

It’s ascension symptoms. They’re not always fun but it’s always worth it in the end. You come through a rebirth.

3. Understanding

Again be patient with yourself, be kind and understanding. Take baby steps if that’s what you need to do.

Meditation  “Recovering Lost Parts”

We have a beautiful meditation to help you align and recover those lost parts of yourself.

Take a nice deep breath. Close your eyes if you’re able. Tune into your soul. Place your hand on your heart.

Just feel the love and support your soul has for you.

There’s no judgment, no condemnation, no criticism. Your soul is eternally patient with you.

Now I want you to imagine standing outside a door holding a string of keys and each key is a different color. The color of the chakras so we’ve got red, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, violet or white.

One key is calling out to you. I want you to take that key and put it in the lock and open that door.

As you open the door a beautiful light washes over you.
