If “5” is calling to you today it’s all about change.

The question I want you to be focusing on this week is

Am I afraid of change?

I know I hate change, but I am getting loads better!

So you are being invited to try to embrace change think about change as an avenue to joy, to more peace and happiness instead of fearing change and getting all knotted up inside at the thought of it.

This week you can expect the unexpected but also this week is about really moving forward with something that you wanted to do whether it’s mindset shift or relationship goals, career, residence or lifestyle… whatever you’ve been thinking about doing this card is an indication for you that it’s time to move forward with our plans and that this is a GREAT idea.

What better time is there for change than the New Year?!?

Remember, that all things are happening automatically. So when you think about change in your life remember that when you are in the flow and your vibration is high change is automatic and it occurs naturally.

There’s an ease and a grace that moves through your life with the winds of change.

It is about your higher-order and serving a larger purpose here and procrastination, fear, and resistance are actually the ego trying to keep you small, trying to keep you where you’re at or keep you down.

Stay in alignment.

Anything is possible in your life.

2020 is going to be HUGE for so many people especially those who get it like you! Those who understand working with energy and vibrational frequency and mindset changes everything in a good way, in a positive way.

11 ~ INDIVIDUALITY (4:30)

If 91 called to you it’s all about surrendering.

This message is kind of a piggyback on change because you know the message of change but it is focused on surrendering.

Is there something in my life that I won’t let go of?

That’s your message this week!

The Buddha always says: The root of all suffering is attachment.

Attachment – wanting things to be a certain way and getting upset if things aren’t the way you think they should be.

My husband says that to me all the time… “You just have this idea in your head of how everything is supposed to be!”

And I do. He is not wrong!

Attachments are the root of all suffering so part of the spiritual journey, part of awakening is letting go of your attachments and trusting that the universe is happening for you not to you.

This week you are being invited to really examine what you’re attached to and how that would feel if that wasn’t in your life anymore and experimenting with that.

Attachments interfere with your highest good and attachments block what you desire.

Sometimes we get attached to the outcome. The Law of Attraction states that we must name it to claim it. You have to be clear about what it is that you want. That’s step #1.

Then, once you’re clear about what you want instead of letting go a lot of us just dig in deeper. We’re like that little kid on a trip “Are we there yet? Are we there yet?!?”

We don’t give the universe any space, any room to create that and bring that into our life because we get obsessed… I don’t have it yet, when’s it coming, why isn’t it here yet, what am I doing wrong?!?

First of all, what you’re doing wrong is not letting it go. You’re focusing too much on when it’s going to happen and how it’s going to happen or who’s going to bring it and all that chatter in your head blocks it.

Wanting it too much can push it away from you instead of bringing it toward you.

Let it go. You’re not in control of when it shows up or how it’s going to show up and give God that space to deliver and the big message with #91 is to make peace with where you’re at on your life today.

Love what you have now.

When you focus on 150% (name what you want, get that out there and do what you need to do to manifest that) loving what you have…

The universe always mirrors what you’re thinking.

It’s mindset.

It’s all about mindset. That’s why I’ve moved into mindset coaching with my psychic medium work because it is all about mindset.

You don’t get your mindset right… forget it!

Because… you push it away from you by wanting it too much, by allowing that negative nelly to rear its ugly head and take over those thought processes.

Love what you have right now.

The universe hears, “I love what I have” and brings you more loving what you have so more things that you love to have.

You got this!
