Are you caught up in the grind of life?
If #109 has popped into your life it's all about gratitude!
Are you just going through the motions day-to-day super stressed out and overwhelmed on steroids?!?
If you picked 109 it's a message from your angels to sloooow down. Meditate, pray, take time just to be.
When you don't have that quiet time, or alone time with yourself things can get really muddled and you can have a difficult time making decisions and taking action in your life.

Gratitude opens up a beautiful portal where miracles are unleashed.
Find things to be grateful for in your life. This helps to shift that vibration and align you with the highest version of yourself.
Remember in the spiritual dimension there's no time or space. We created time here on the planet and when you can tap into the spiritual being that you are operating on endless time, infinite time, everything automatically gets done.
I've been experimenting with this and it's super awesome!
Find things to be grateful for, time goes too fast... we all know this. The days slip away and as you get older it goes even faster. It's true. I blink and summer's half over!

Is your glass half empty or half full?
The Angels want you to know that they see you. They see you're having a difficult time. You've been getting knocked down a lot by life. There's been a lot of struggle. There's been a lot of suffering and things just haven't been going well for awhile.
The Angels want you to know they have your back! As much as you're able to stay steadfast and stay in faith, trust that things are not happening to you they are happening for you.
There is something big coming in your life. There is better on the horizon as we speak.
The energy that you're experiencing right now it's important for you to be adaptable.
Out with the old in with the new.
When you hang on to what's not working because it's comfortable and you're afraid of change it keeps you stuck and then things just start crumbling down all around you.
I experienced this when I was a schoolteacher. It was safe and comfortable and I loved being a teacher.
But I knew that Spirit had more in mind for me, that there was another step and I was afraid to take that.
Suddenly everything kept going. I could not get anything right and finally it was like a ton of bricks over the head.
It's time to move on!
And when I moved on things started opening up, the flow came back the creative energy opened up and endless exciting opportunities came in.
Your attitude ensures your success.
If you've got a bad attitude. You're the negative nelly, stuck in the pits, grumbling and complaining about all the crap that's been thrown your way it's just going to keep that energy stuck.
It's going to perpetuate that energy.
The way to break out of it is to stay optimistic and to keep visualize what it is that you want to bring into your life.
Attitude ensures a positive transition.
