♥ As my body purifies so do my thoughts, as my thoughts purify I move into alignment with my soul.
♥ I release anything that is no longer serving my body, mind or spirit.
♥ I cleanse and declutter regularly allowing myself to move into the “light” being that I AM.

Spring Cleaning: Declutter Your Body, Mind & Spirit

Spring is right around the corner and it’s time to begin decluttering.  This month Archangel Metatron shared some words of wisdom on spring cleaning for your body, mind and spirit.

1.  Body – Cleansing & Detox

Friday, March 22nd is the full moon and the perfect time for cleansing your body.  The full moon is known for the energy of “letting go.”  Whether you do a body cleanse or a fire cleanse (aka as a fire ceremony) be sure to include this ritual for spring on your to do list.

I recommend:  GX Assist by DoTerra.com.  Join us for a group intentional cleanse on Friday, March 22nd for 10 days and get support in our public Full Moon Cleanse Club on Facebook.  Metatron said there is more power in cleansing together than alone.

2.  Mind – Cleansing Physical Environment

Are you feeling stuck, lethargic or depressed?  Decluttering your physical environment is better than prozac!!  Metatron reminds us that as we move into the new energy of the new earth our bodies are becoming lighter and we have less of a need for material things.

Too much clutter in your closet (drawers and garage) can be the hidden secret of what’s really holding you back from making changes in your life and reclaiming your joy!

I recommend:  Make a list of everything you’d like to clean and then break it into smaller tasks.  Each day spend 10-15 minutes cleaning something.  Whether it is 1 drawer or your closet; JUST DO IT.

3.  Spirit – Cleansing your Connection with God

On a scale of 1-10 how busy are you?  If you answered 5 or above than you need this:

I recommend:  Deepok & Chopra 21 Day Meditation  Won’t you join me?  Deepok’s meditations are truly transformational and they are absolutely FREE. ♥

Love who you are, what you do, how you move and be in this world. Love your children, your partner, your life, and allow your whole existence to be one moment after moment of Everlasting Sunshine.

And remember, if you hear, see or feel it three times “Pay Attention” it means the Universe is speaking to you.

Have you ever cleansed?  Do you have a ritual that you’ve used to cleanse and/or declutter?  We’d love to hear what resonated with you and what didn’t in our comment section below.

Yes Julie, cleaning and purifying ourselves from all the toxic debris is critical to finding our Essence. Most importantly, it is an ongoing…lifetime process to keep the junk out. It is the only way our “Immortal Diamond” can sparkle.

      Love that… “Immortal Diamond”

In between reading blog posts and doing a little work, I’ve been cleaning around my place. All of a sudden, it feels REALLY necessary! Great post for reinforcing the importance of doing this.

    Thanks, Metatron & Julie!

This is great advice. Yesterday, I stopped at Target on my way home and picked up a big green bin. This bin is my “inbox” for all of the papers and STUFF that ends up getting dumped on my desk whenever there is nowhere to put it. Ultimately, I won’t need this bin but I can tell you that it felt pretty dang good to go home and dump all of the clutter on my desk into that bin. Next step – sort the stuff in the bin!

Target is my favorite place to shop. I just signed up for their RED card. I didn’t realize you automatically get 5% off your total order every time you use it. It was my neighbor who told me about it.

There’s no doubt in my mind that spring is almost here. The need for me to cleanse my body is truly calling me. Every spring and fall I love to do cleanses, it is so purifying. This time around the Master Cleanse is coming to mind even though I swore I would never do it after having done it for 21 days, years ago. My mind could also use a good cleansing with meditation. I love to use YL Therapeutic Essential Oils, Reiki and setting intentions. Wonderful post. Thank you for sharing.

Tell me more about the Master Cleanse – I love to hear about other people’s experiences. I used to work with YL but just (yesterday) started with DoTerra and am going to try their cleansing program. Have you heard of the cleanse with the full moon before? Since channeling I seem to be more connected/interested in the moon cycles.

So interesting — I’ve been feeling a real pull to clean out, purge and de-clutter lately! (It’s always there, if you must know, but it’s especially strong right now!) Maybe I’ll wait until the 22nd for some extra-special magic around it.

It does feel like Spring is calling for some powerful cleansing and what beautiful suggestions for body, mind and spirit. I suspect we all can make lots more room for love.

    Hello Julie!

I used to do Feng Shui consultations. It is amazing what declutter does to your energy and life as a whole! Children started to sleep, people found their perfect partners, my own economy got better, and a ton of other results. I use to call it the acupuncture or your home but never thought of it as detox of the home but now when you say it that makes perfect sense!

    All the best!

This is exactly what I need today. I need to have a cleansing of my whole being especially these times I am too stressed out.

This is all so good, Julie! I have done the 21-day meditation and I know I should again. I use doTerra blends, but have not tried the GX Assist yet. I love the idea of trying a cleanse and having company when I do it. It’s been many, many years since I did one!
