1. Mental health issues are often a misalignment with your truth…simply believing the thoughts in your head which come from your ego.
2. Meditation not Medication – medication pauses your spiritual progress and serves as a band-aid approach not getting to the root cause of the issue at hand.
3. Meditation increases the flow of your spiritual health. It is a holistic way of processing your emotions and it opens a vortex of spiritual understanding and truth.
