*Mindful Living
Learn how to mindfully live through each moment of your day from anger that arises out of irritation to worries you may have from financial issues.  Mindfulness can ease tension, create calm and bring you back to your soul where you can gain a higher perspective of your life.

*Mindful Eating
Do you find yourself shoveling your food down every time you sit down to eat never really getting a chance to enjoy it?  Or maybe you eat most of your meals on the run barely tasting what goes down your throat?  Did you know that mindfully eating can help you slim down and lose weight?  Eating is a meditative practice.  We should try to offer our full presence for every meal.  Mindful eating can cultivate seeds of compassion allowing us to live a more fulfilling life.  In this class you will learn how to slow down, take time for your meals and truly savor each bite and watch your waste become slimmer and trimmer!

*Mindful Breathing
It all begins and ends with your breath.  If there is tension in your life you can quickly reduce it just by learning how to breathe properly.  In this class you will learn several different breathing techniques to help you think with more clarity, make better decisions, tackle those tough jobs easily and effortlessly and exude a constant sense of peace and calm.

Introduction Series

*Introduction to Meditation
If you have never meditated or if you have tried and found it difficult to continue your practice, this class is for you.  It will include the introduction to meditation, effective techniques and practice time.  Studies of meditation have shown reduced stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, reduced chronic pain, improved health, vitality and self esteem.

*Introduction to Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy that can help you activate your body’s own ability to heal itself.  By rubbing your hands together you can access universal life force energy which can ease pain, eliminate mental disharmony and rebalance body systems.  In this class you’ll learn what reiki is and how you can utilize it to heal yourself and your family.

*Introduction to Hypnosis
Hypnosis is an amazing technique that helps you reprogram limiting thoughts and belief systems you have that are holding you back from living a happy, harmonious life.  In this class you’ll learn what hypnosis is and what it isn’t.  You’ll also learn a few techniques to help you sleep better and think smarter.

*Relax, Renew, Refresh: 3 Tools to Manage Stress
Learn three tools to help raise your vibrational frequency, manage stress, and tap your worries away. Julie will first share some basics on aromatherapy and introduce therapeutic essential oils that will help relax our spirit. Next, she will teach us how to use self-hypnosis to reenergize our body.  Finally, a simple tapping technique will be presented to help release stored emotions and leave us feeling revitalized & refreshed!!
