Womanhood

Say each thought lovingly to yourself and watch magical things begin to happen:

1.      I trust the flow and process of life
2.      My hormones are perfectly balanced and regulated.
3.      I enjoy the age I am knowing that all the ages that came before me created who I am now.

Expand your awareness with wonderful words:

  • cacoethes \kak-oh-EE-theez\, noun:
An irresistible urge; mania.   (Source: dictionary.com)

I consider being a woman an honor.  I have been through puberty and pregnancies and now step into the pre-menopausal era with vim and vigor.  I know this sounds a bit crazy but aside from my sister who recently said to me, “You just wait, you haven’t seen nothin’ yet!”  I am not afraid.  I stand strong against the tide of time knowing that wisdom is accumulated experience and experience creates character.  So as I experience the emotional highs and lows of hormones gone amuck once again, the occasional hot flashes that come without warning and cacoethes to eat an entire bag of dove chocolates, I know this is all part of being a woman.  And being a woman is an honor and a blessing.  So as you move through womanhood know that all is well and everything is in divine and perfect order.

And remember, if you hear, see or feel it three times it means the universe is speaking to you.
